This restaurant I have been wanting to eat at for a while. They also have a location in California. I usually do not like vegan meat, as it reminds of me real meat, but their vegan burgers and concept behind the meals really caught my attention.

Vegan Burger: Their vegan burgers each have a different colored bun. Their colored bun indicates the vegetable that is in that bun, and it is not just food dye. Their green bun indicates spinach, and their red bun indicated the use of beets, ect. Their pattys are each the texture of a vegan meat patty by using blends of chickpeas, and vegan protein substances. I usually do not go for this, but it actually tasted very good and reminded me of 10+ years ago when I used to eat meat

Vegan Tiramisu: They also had a vegan tiramisu that I tried, their vegan tiramisu actually tasted like the real dessert. It was spongy, creamy, and it melted in my mouth. The vegab cream actually tasted like real cream that is in tiramisu, and the texture of the spongyness was spot on.
